How can I stop grinding my teeth?

Such a thing is psychologically generated. Psychotherapy will help you.

How can I stop grinding my teeth?
If you grind during the day, which many people do even though they may not know it, set a timer for every hour %26amp; when it goes off check to make sure you are not clinching your teeth. For nighttime..........the dentist can make you an appliance to wear, but you can also buy one at your nearest pharmacy. You just wear it on your lower teeth %26amp; sleep in it %26amp; it keeps your teeth from grinding together.
Reply:You can buy retainer-like things that prevent. Just ask your dentist for one. Also you can try googling it to see if they have anything else.

(Your dental insurance should cover the cost since grinding is bad)

Good luck!
Reply:A dentist can give you a plastic thing that's about as big as a molar that fits over your back tooth. It really works.
Reply:Well if you go to the dentist they usually give you a prescription for a guard to go in your mouth so you stop grinding your teeth. However, these are very expensive. I actually went to my local drugstore and picked up one of those guards that go in your mouth for sports (You know...like what the boxers use...LOL!)

It was inexpensive and works great.
Reply:I am not sure how to stop but if you get gaurds and wear them when you start grinding your teeth it will help you to not mess up your teath!

Hope this helps!
Reply:go to your local sports store and purchase a mouth guard. wear it at night. hope this helps.
Reply:GO TO YOUR DENTIST AND GET A BITE PLATE. IT'S ANNOYING BUT IT HELPS

GOOD LUCK
