No, most of the time its involentary. When you hear him doing it give him a bit of a nudge to turn him over and see how fast it takes him to start back up. My daughter did it for a while but has stopped. If it persists or you start noticing anything going on with his teeth, take him to the dentist and they will give him a mouthpiece to protect them.

Reply:its not stress related try moving his position or get him some mouth guard things so he doesnt grind them too much.
