3 year old grinding her teeth....?
Honestly I would ask the dentist. I used to do the grinding all the time when I was young but mostly grew out of it. Mostly it was because I was nervous about something or I was being stressed out. Never have I broken or chipped a tooth though.
Reply:Teeth grinding is common process of growth, it is not in any way a health risk for young children. Report It

Reply:I would ask a dentist. My dentist told me not to worry about it. My daughter is 6 and still does it.
Reply:bring her to an orthodontic specialist. i've been grinding my teeth since young but not as bad as breaking my teeth. ( i only do it when i sleep)
Reply:my mom tells me that i used to teeth a lot because my teeth felt "itchy." have the toddler chew on something rubber and hard, like a rubber rattle or rubber animal. also, train it to eat munchy fruits and vegetables, such as celery, apples, carrots, etc. be sure that it drinks a lot of milk, as milk makes the teeth healthy and strong.
Reply:Have you told her doctor or dentist? they can help my 10 year old has done that all of his life!
