There's nightguards they sell at the drugstore. There's ones you boil and mold to your teeth. Don't use a sports guard though. Some don't mold to your teeth or are soft which encourages grinding. The ones from your dentist are best but the drugstore ones are effective for me. I keep a few around and some for traveling. It has helped to prevent further damage to my teeth. Good luck!
Can you recommend something inexpensive for night teeth grinding?
You can purchase a mouth guard in any pharmacy or sporting goods store.
Reply:By a mouth guard. They make ones specifically to help decrease the impact caused by night teeth grinding.
Reply:It is a plastic piece you put in your mouth to keep you from grinding. It should be able to be picked up at any local Wal-mart
