Reply:Dont get angry too much n dont take tension.My friend also used to grind teeth a lot.But then he was advised to start chewing chewing gum( like orbit).It helped him.U can try the same,i.e if u r not allergic to chewing gums.
Reply:Night guards, you can get them for about 10 dollars at walmart, or you can get the sports kind for about 2 dollars.
I was told not to chew gum anymore, that it would make it worse.
