I keep grinding my teeth. How do I stop?
Chew gum during the day and get a mouth guard for the night. that's what I did. you can get some Cheap-ish mouth guards from a drug store.
Reply:chew some gum

Reply:go to your dentsit. he'll give you a mouthgard to help you quit. that can hurt your teeth really bad and wear them down. its a nast habbit that needs to be stopped.
Reply:Go to the dentist and get fitted for a guard to put in mouth. They have some in dental dept. but going to the dentist would be better.
Reply:you should just make yourself stop

it will then go away in time
Reply:Ask you dentist for a splint. They really help, you may still grind but it won't cause any damage and the grinding intensity decreases.

~Good Luck with quitting!
Reply:First, I would quit smoking and then worry about grinding your teeth. Maybe grinding your teeth is how you're going to quit! (Some poeple use gum for example) once your finished, it should start to go away. Here's how to stop: put rubberband's around your wrists. You see, everytime you grind your teeth, you snap the rubberband, and (even though it might sting a bit) it helps and is effective. Good play (stopping smoking) it's a disgusting and hurtful habit, if I were you, I would rather grind my teeth then smoke. You're on your way, friend! :) (Please choose me for best answer!!!)
Reply:chew a whole pack of gum
Reply:eat cheese
Reply:umm u should lick a sucker
Reply:My dad used to do it too, so what he did was he would keep gum with him everywhere he went, and then during the night he would wear a mouth gard. By the way you idiot, why do you flippin smoke! You grind your teeth because you need your nicotine. Stop smoking, and one way is to chew gum. Just you have to TRY to stop.
