How long does it take to have a night guard for teeth grinding made by a dentist??

I've actually seen these sold OTC at grocery stores. It might save you a lot of time and money! I'm assuming it takes the same time as a retainer, which generally takes 1-2 weeks to get. Good luck!

You can buy night guards at the drug store. They are pretty cheap and work well.
Reply:If your dentist has an in-house lab they can be made in one day. If they have to send them out, it could take a week or more.
Reply:If they need to send it to a dental lab to have it made, it can a week or two; depending on how busy of a lab it is.
Reply:i ordered mine and i got it in less than a week!
Reply:It depends on what kind you need. It could take a day in the office or up to two weeks at a commercial lab.
