CONSTANTLY having dreams about grinding my teeth?
Maybe it's because you worry too much. Lighten up!
Reply:I think you're watching too much Spongebob.
Reply:You might actually BE grinding your teeth. You should go to the dentist to have it checked out. Or.. you might be afraid of losing a friendship that you are seeing fading away.
Reply:Hmm.... try getting those teeth cover things in like walgreens or walmart, it should go away if you wear them enough!
Reply:it means you grind your teeth at night. called bruxism. many people to do varying degrees, some hardly at all, and some to the extent that it destroys your teeth.

buy a teeth guard to wear at nights. the dentist may make you one to the shape of your teeth if you dont find a decent one in the shops.

as for tackling the problem at the root, its probably associated with stress, annoyance, frustration etc. perhaps theres something in your life that causes one or more of these? basically if you're happy and dont have any stress etc you probably won't grind your teeth. but best to buy that guard first so your teeth dont get any worse.
Reply:grindng your teeth. could be telling you that your too stressed. or maybe a warning letting you know that letting things bug and get to you in the long run will make you ugly. like when you over worry about things you'll grow old and wrinkled. i dunno.
Reply:Could it be that you are actually grinding your teeth? Perhaps you could try one of those devices that stop you from grinding the teeth and see what happens.

Good luck in solving your problem...........
Reply:I too had these types of dreams and found that I ground my teeth as I slept.

This is called bruxism and, unfortunately, it is very common. The best thing to do is to get a mouthguard from your dentist to prevent the inevitable grinding down/cracking teeth and fillings which can lead to all kinds of problems.

On another note, some if not all of this may be caused by the stress in your life. You may need to get trained in handling your stress better.

NOTE: The earlier you get a mouthguard, the better.

Good luck.
Reply:I had the same problem and a friend of mine suggested it had to do with being worried about your financial situation.
Reply:Your grinding your teeth while you sleep. Try to make yourself stop doing it because in your dream your mind is showing you the damage that could happen if it continues. Grinding your teeth does MAJOR DAMAGE to your teeth
