He ran out of my hands and fell a long and hard way onto tile floor and made this weird scary sound and was laying on his side i tried to pick him up and then he got up wobbled ...i am so scared i am about to cry... should i take him to the vet?
Hamster made weird noise like a grunting grinding teeth noise?
Put him in his cage in a dark room with no noise. Try to let nature correct the hamsters problem. He is probably scared and shaken up right now. It is very important for you to leave him alone for several hours.
Reply:You should let him get used to you.
If he is just put him in his cage to relax and after a hour or two you can pet him in his cage

Reply:give him darkness like store him in a nice quite place or the hamster may need to get its teeth grinned alittle,or he may have a sore somewhere on him hamsters are very very fragile or maybe you scared it so it tried to scare u well hamsters get scared easily like my hamster starres at me and like squeals
