Is there a way to get rid of grinding one's teeth?
I used to grind my teeth habitually and still do from time to time. My holistic doctor told me, in rare cases, this can be a sign of too many parasites ( yes , we all have them ).

One thing that seems to work is a harmless flower remedy that can be found in any natural foods store. It's called Rescue Remedy, and comes in many different forms, i.e. spray, dropper type thingy. It's made by Bach and can usually be found behind or on the counter, just ask the sales person.

A few drops or a spray under the tongue has a calming affect. You'll probably see her take a deep breath after you give it to her. It's also great for temper tantrums, or any time you or your child feels stress.

Kids don't like the taste, but they get used to it ;) . Good luck, and Happy New Year!
Reply:Check with a Dentist. They can help you..
Reply:i believe its a way of release of an unconscious anger. try to remember what makes her felt a such. and correct it
Reply:I used to grind my teeth and the dentist recommended a "Night Guard" - a rubbery-plastic mouth piece (like boxers use) that fits over your teeth to protect them from wear. You can have them made by your dentist (not cheap) or get some at your local pharmacy. I hope this helps.
Reply:dentists recomend sleepin woth a mouth peice
Reply:By a grinding mouth guard from rite aid. it looks like a retainer
Reply:I think the best thing would be t see a dentist it is not good to grind you teeth my dad has that problem he sleeps with this guard in his month however a small child would be harder to do this with so seeing a dentist he would know what would work for a small child plus if this child has been doing this a while yo0u might want her teeth looked at to make sure there arent any damage to them already
