How can I stop my daughter 3 years old from grinding her teeth while sleeping?

She grinds her teeth all night. Is this really bad, and what can I do?

I did that when I was young. The dentist gave me a mouth guard type insert to wear while sleeping so my teeth wouldn't grind together.
Reply:discuss this with her dentist. most children will grind for a few years as they continue to teethe.
Reply:yes i agree talk to your dentest.

my husband dose this in his sleep

some times it is so loud i have to go in the other room

so i can sleep
Reply:Im not much help but I hope you get it sorted my friend was still doing this at 16. And my daughter has squeaky teeth when she eats, they sound like plastic, she is nearly 3
Reply:this might sound odd but check out and see if she has problem like worms in the stomach. she may have to use something to get rid of the worms.

my mom says that , grinding the teeth is a sign for that. sorry if my answer sounds so different but...try and see

all the best.
