How do dentist make me stop grinding my teeth?

i got a root canal a few years ago. i think its b/c i grind my teeth.





i told the dentist i grind my teeth, he said he will do something to stop me......?





will a crown on my broken/ root-canaled tooth make me stop grinding my teeth?

I used to grind my teeth alot





when i woke up it felt like i just been punched in the mouth





eventually i stopped doing it

.or through time u will just grow out of it
