You can buy at your drugstore plastic teeth guards that cover your teeth while you sleep.
Reply:Your dentist can fit you for a mouthpiece to wear while you sleep.
Reply:See a dentist you have bruxism. You can get a mouthpiece to wear at night. Do internet searchs for that and get some ideas . there are some great websites about it. it is a common problem. also stress causes this sometimes, think about what you are stressed out about.
Reply:u need one of those things you put in your mouth to keep u from doing this

Ask your dentist for one...
Reply:go to your dentist. He / she will give you a mouth gaurd to put on at night while you sleep
Reply:Go to a dentist and tell them what%26#039;s happening. They can help fit you for a type of mouthguard to wear at night while you%26#039;re sleeping.
Reply:a retainer so it could leave a space between the teeth on top and the ones on the bottom
Reply:Get one of those athletic mouth gaurds from your local sporting goods store. You boil them to get them soft, and then bite them to imprint your teeth, and wear it at night. It has a hole for breathing and everything. You can get a similar one from the dentist, but mine told me the athletic ones are just as good and cheaper.
Reply:I also have this problem. I was given a mouth guard by my dentist too. It helps a lot and I wear it every night. You%26#039;ll feel so much better if you get one.
Reply:My sister has the same problem, it is a ugly habit. But maybe if you sleep with gum in your mouth it will help. (Sorry don%26#039;t know any others)
Reply:try getting into the habit of falling asleep with your mouth open.
Reply:you might just need like a cheap football mouthpiece- I went to my doctor with ear problems and he said i was grinding my teeth at night- I didn%26#039;t try the mouthpiece, i just stopped grinding my teeth
Reply:you can buy a mouth guard believe it is called the Dr.%26#039;s night guard at target or wal-mart for about $5 to $10 dollars I uses it and it is great
Reply:ok...this sounds crazy, but it is cheap and this is what my dentist told me to do....

get a football mouth guard, and do as the directions say to get it to fit your mouth...then when you go to bed, coat the inside with toothpaste then put in your mouth....

or Wal-mart has a mouth thingy you can get for around $30
Reply:another important factor beside seeing your dentist. stress, either physical or emotional are directly assoicated with teeth grinding and it is well documented in the medical literature. need to take out the stressor in your life in order to fully releave from teeth grinding
Reply:I think you have worms,The doctors ask the parents this question about there child.

Get some test.
Reply:deficiency of calcium and magnesium lead to bruxism u can get them from any pharmacy in the vitamin area
Reply:Though it is a bad habit but it can be cured by consulting any psychiatist. It also be taken out by hypnotising ourselves before going to bed within a week time.
Reply:go and see your dentist!!
Reply:just go to in the sports section in a store and get a mouth guard. You don%26#039;t have to go to the dentist and get one you will end up paying twice as much.
