How to stop teeth grinding?

Make and appointment and go see your dentist. He or she will take impressions of your teeth and make a special mouth guard for you.

How to stop teeth grinding?
hmmm....... tough. Just whenever you wanna grind your teeth, put your fingers in your mouth and chew on em%26#039;
Reply:You should, get one of these plates that have the mold of your teeth in it and wear it to bed. My Grandma has one snd she said that is works like a charm(:-)
Reply:main thing go to denist if a store dont have them its a special mouth peice it helps
Reply:You can get a special mouthguard made by your dentist, and that does work (my mom uses one), but it%26#039;s pricey.

You can also buy a cheap sports mouthguard at a store, and mold it to the sizes of your teeth and mouth. It%26#039;s easy to do (you%26#039;ll be done with the molding procedures in 20 minutes at the most!)

Also, if you%26#039;ve ever had braces, you can go back to wearing your retainers. They tend to help me with my grinding.

Last but not least, for about $20 you can buy a dental mouthguard at a regular old store (I think that Walmart carries them). Still, I would try a $3 sports mouthguard first before buying any expensive dental mouthguard.

If after these ideas, you still grind your teeth... see a dentist and get a custom mouthguard.
