I have been grinding my teeth for maybe more then 10 years (i%26#039;m 18) and i have notice that my teeth have change shape. I use a mouth guard but it so annoying put it on at night. I get to lazy to put it on. Is there anything that can make this stop! I afraid my teeth will break or chip off!

It may be annoying, but what else can you do?
Reply:I have been grinding my teeth for more than 40 years, haven%26#039;t broken any yet. The only time I was able to stop was for about 6 months after seeing a hypnotist. Unfortunately she moved out of the area and a different one didn%26#039;t have the same success.

Reply:Sorry honey, no . This guy I%26#039;ve known for 25 years, still grinds his teeth. There are guards you can get at Wal-Mart that will help your teeth when you grind them.
Reply:Go get a mouth guard--from a doctor, NOT the drugstore--those don%26#039;t work as well. I used to grind my teeth at night and it would give me awful headaches...I went to the doctor and he gave me this big plastic retainer thing that he fitted to my mouth. I wear it at night and no headaches, no teeth grinding!
